 First flight of Spacewalker N516RM Feb, 9th. 
 

Temp 58d. The single place Spacewalker 516RM took off perfect, wings level with ailerons neutral, nice gentle climb. Lift off at 55mph. Climb out at 60mph at 600 ft/min.  Engine Geo Metro 3 cylinder 1.0 with a Raven Redrive 2-1 reduction, Using the car wiring, computer, fuel pump, fuel injection. Warp drive prop 72 in at 12d pitch. 4,000 rpm 80 mph 4,200rpm 85 mph. 4,600rpm 90 mph. Water temp.165d. The designer of the Raven Redrive rates the Geo engine at 60-65hp.

Lift off grass runway 400 - 500 ft. at 55mph. 
Stall power off 45mph.
Approach for landing at 80-70mph. 
Roll out on landing 600 ft. Fuel burn 1.9 gal./hr
Total time as of Feb. 9, 1999 3 hr.
