What a fine flying airplane! 8 hours to date. Stalls are gentle and
break with no wing drop, with the ball in the center. Flew a Pitts
with the gear springs but don't remember it 'squishing' on the
runway like this one does.

Getting a fair amount of wind in the cockpit, but this is due to the
3 corner windshield I opted for. Had to do again would make them a
little larger, but that is why they call it open cockpit.
Did some landings on a paved runway yesterday and she did a nice
job, but the attitude is too flat to be full stalled, so she must be
watched in gusts as she wants to continue flying some. Tracks nicely
in gusty x-winds, but she likes grass better.

A few numbers; power off stall 48 mph, climb at 80mph 800-1000 fpm,
cruise 100 mph, approach 80 mph.

Power is a Lycoming 0-235 and prop from a Citabra, and the prop is
pitched more for climb than cruise. With the wind 100 is fast enough.
Jessie, you done good.
